Cutter will be joined on stage at NRF Nexus by Tractor Supply Co.’s Kimberely Gardiner and Anjana Harve from BJ’s Wholesale Club to discuss managing cross-functional teams that encompass tech, digital and marketing expertise.

At Tractor Supply Co., Kimberely Gardiner leads strategic marketing across all communication channels for national, regional and local initiatives, as well as loyalty marketing. She previously held senior leadership roles at Volkswagen of America, Mitsubishi Motors North America, Kia Motors America and Toyota Motor Sales USA.

Anjana Harve, whose career spans several executive leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, is responsible for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes, optimize revenue growth and improve operating efficiencies at BJ’s Wholesale Club.

With over 15 years of experience, Rachel Frederick is a recognized strategic digital leader and growth architect who has previously worked for companies including Gap and eBay. She and Courtney Butler, senior partner success manager, Amazon Today, will discuss crafting a seamless order-to-deliver experience across omnichannel experiences.

With more than two decades of technology leadership experience, Desi Gosby builds platforms for conversational AI and extended reality to create breakthrough omnichannel experiences across Walmart. She previously spent more than 10 years at Intuit as a founding member of its Innovation and Advanced Technology group. At NRF Nexus, Gosby will discuss how emerging technology like GenAI, augmented reality and spatial computing are transforming customer experience and associate efficiency.
